Austine Ebekozien has over 30 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry with above 20 years spent in Management and leadership roles spanning across Upstream, Midstream and Downstream, as well as Natural gas pipeline/facilities Projects. He is a seasoned specialist in Oil and Gas Business development, Regulation Issues, Pipeline design, operation, and management. He was General Manager, Operations, West African Pipeline Company (Coy owned by Chevron, NNPC, Shell, VRA) from 2014 – 2019 in the Company’s headquarter based in Accra, Ghana. With a robust experience in the West African sub-region Gas Market, having advised Governments of Togo, Benin and Ghana in the Energy requirements and matters. Prior to his movement to WAPCo, he was Head, Operations NNPC, NGC, Eastern Operations Division where he oversees the operations and commercial aspects of Gas operations and development. Sound Strategic direction and visionary leadership in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and business development. Advised on the valuation of multiple Oil and Gas assets. Advised on the modelling of WAGP Tariff period 2 and 3. Advised on Financial modelling and business plan for Webster Gas . Austine is a Product of University of Lagos and respected member of NGA and has delivered Technical and Commercial papers to international and national conferences on Gas Supply and Demand in the West African Sub-Region.
